I’m mostly a lip balm/lip gloss kinda girl, but occasionally I’ll bust out a lipstick. But not just any lipstick. It has to be bold and bright—because to my eye, that’s what looks fresh. (On me, nudes and pale pinks are just blah.)
I was given one of these hot little numbers (in Pop Pink—the ultimate summery bright) from Estée Lauder the other day, and now I’m IN LOVE. It’s mega-bright, but in a good (young, fresh, sets-off-a-summer-tan) way. AND to my delight, it isn’t actually a lipstick at all. I have no idea how they get lip gloss in a stick format these days, but I’m all over it, because it goes on sheer and it’s also moisturizing. I blot with a tissue to tone down the shine for a moist-but-matte effect.

Oooh, this is one of my faves too! I love the texture and the fruity scent. But I misplaced it a few weeks back and haven’t relocated it yet
