MacGyver beauty: The concealer-on-the-go trick

macgyver MacGyver beauty: The concealer on the go trick

Don’t you hate it when you’ve got crazy-ass dark circles or an emerging spot, both of which require concealer on your person at all times? As if that wasn’t problematic enough, it gets even more complicated if your concealer of choice comes in a pot. (Right now, I’m loving Nvey’s Organic Erase.) While the pot is fine at home, emergency touch-ups outside the home don’t always happen in a bathroom (clean or otherwise), making it highly likely you’ll be transferring some icky germs in there with your grubby fingers. (And I don’t have to tell you that those germs can make any spots you have even worse.)

My solution?

A retractable lip brush:

I’m using one by Japonesque, which has the perfect tip for covering up blemishes or blending concealer at the inner corners of my eyes. Best of all, it’s totally sanitary—no fingers required!

I love the McGyver image! Nice! Also, that’s a great idea, loading up a retractable brush with concealer! I carry altogether too much makeup with me all the time (and rarely get around to touchups. whoops.).

This looks wicked. Also, I’m all over your new layout. Very crisp and pretty.

Thanks lady! I can’t stop fiddling with the layout… I have design ADD. :-(
(Also a good procrastination tool when you have 2 features to write…)
