How well does Ginnifer Goodwin pull off this short haircut? She’s cute as a button! It works because she sticks with the three cardinal rules of short hair:
1. Always have super-groomed brows,
2. Never try this look unless you have flawless skin,
and
3. You MUST add one (or more) feminine touches. (The lush faux lashes, simple earrings and oversized flower on her shoulder all work to keep the look out of tomboy territory.)

For the record, I have nearly nonexistent hair, not meticulously groomed brows, flawed skin, and no feminine touches, and I look pretty damn good. Impossible beauty ideals make everyone feel like shit. Why promote them?
