Catching up on the Globes gossip today, it seems like most people loved Drew Barrymore‘s hair and makeup. Me? I miss the old Drew. The Drew that wore that crazy-ass big, blonde, bouffant, Marilyn Monroe-style hair at these same awards last year.
This, of course, is still very pretty. The side-parted updo is très elegant along with the subtle eye makup and matte pink lip. It’s just not sexy, you know? I’ve come to expect a bit of rock ‘n’ roll from Drew, so let’s hope she brings it when it counts: at the Oscars.

I wondered if all of these slicked ‘dos were a last-minute go-to option because of the crap rainy weather? Hey, don’t blame em. I wouldn’t want to get stuck on the red carpet looking like a wet dog either.
