2010 Golden Globe Awards: Jennifer Aniston

So Jennifer Aniston did her usual last night: glowy tan, understated makeup and to-die-for blonde highlights. It’s boring, but it works—and I can’t say I wouldn’t do the same if I were in her shoes.

Let’s take a closer look at the hair for a minute. We know, of course, that Jen is a natural brunette, but doesn’t this look like she was born with it? I’m guessing that her hairdresser does an all-over demi-permanent colour to warm up her ashy base, and then adds tons of verrrry fine blonde highlights all over in various shades, staggering them at the roots so they don’t look too obvious. She never makes the mistake of going too blonde; plus, there are lowlights (look at the ends of her hair and you’ll see).

It’s an art, people. But it’s damn hard to find a hairdresser capable of this. In Toronto, the closest I’ve come is my girl Joanna at Taz Hair.

There has been tons of cruel remarks concerning Jennifer Aniston doing the rounds on the world wide web recently. I feel she appears great, particularly following losing a few pounds.

I cannot understand why somebody would purchase a perfume called Jennifer Aniston. It doesn’t sound like a scent and doesn’t create the appropriate feeling.
