Okay, I’ll admit it: I am a secret Miley Cyrus fan. No, not of Miley Cyrus The Person—please, give me a little credit. But her songs. Come on, admit it: don’t YOU want to sing along to “Party in the USA” or “The Climb”?
Anyhoo—now that that’s out of the way, let’s check out her look at the Grammys last night. Gorgeous hair colour, no? This is what I dream of replicating, but never really succeed at. It really brings out her blue eyes.
But the makeup? No. Not on a 17-year-old. It’s pretty, but it’s too mature. Maybe some 17-year-old Eastern European model could pull this off, but it just doesn’t go with Miley’s baby face. I’d prefer less eyeshadow, no false lashes, more blush and a warmer, berry-toned lip. I mean, gawd—when you’re a teenager, you should revel in the fact that you barely even REQUIRE makeup. Yes?

She didn’t write Party in the USA, so when I sing it I don’t feel like a fan of hers; I’m a fan of the writers. Damn catchy songs…
Also, her lips look terrible here. Bleh!
Oh good – now I too can sign along without guilt
Agree about the lips. Yuck!
i think she is fantastic as a person and a role model
