Gwyneth Paltrow on British Vogue: "I can eat what I want"

Gwyneth Paltrow British Vogue cover May 2010, Tracy Anderson, Madonna

The blonde we all love to hate is on British Vogue’s May cover—and might I add, sporting the pale brows I mentioned the other day. (Although I suspect hers are natural, not bleached like yours truly.)

A few choice beauty tidbits:

  • She’s still working out like crazy with celeb trainer Tracy Anderson, who seems to have made a career out of the arm circle. Easy, G.—Tracy and her past protégé, Madonna, look borderline ana.
  • She admits to having “‘frizzy Cabbage Patch doll hair”—and yet, says she doesn’t chemically process it. Can you see Gwynnie battling it out with her blowdryer and flatiron every morning? I call BS—unless she has an in-house personal hairdresser. It’s possible, but why wouldn’t she just get a Brazilian Keratin treatment?
  • She’s still better than us, because now that she’s lost 20 pounds of post-baby weight, “I can eat what I want, as long as I exercise…it’s so great because I don’t have to think about it. I can just enjoy life.”

I really miss the old, Brad Pitt-era Gwyneth—don’t you?
