How-to: Kristin Booth’s Genie Awards hair

The John Frieda team just sent me a few more how-tos for a few more hair looks from the Genie Awards on Monday night (check out Diane Kruger’s hair how-to here), so I thought I’d share.

Here’s Kristin Booth rocking “The Sleek Straight”… and here’s what to do:

1. Spray Frizz-Ease Heat Defeat protective styling spray through damp hair to properly prepare and protect hair from damage caused by heat styling tools.
2. Work Root Awakening Strength Restoring Smoothing Lotion throughout the hair to reduce volume, prevent frizz and provide manageability and style control.
3. Section hair and blow dry, pulling the hair straight.
4. Once again section the hair into small sections and use a flat iron throughout the hair from root to tip to create a sleek, straight look.
