Well how about that—I think this is Rachel Bilson’s BeautyEditor.ca debut!
And doesn’t she look fantastic?
She looks young, she looks fresh… and here are a few reasons why:
1. The hair style. It’s very beachy and casual but not so much that it’s out of place. (The Met Ball is a gala, after all.)
2. The hair colour. Notice that it gets a lot lighter at the ends but doesn’t look deliberately dyed or anything like that. This is called ombré.
3. The eyes. Love the tightlining in black around the eyes and the silvery grey on the lids. Perfection.
4. The cheeks. They gleam. I think they’re my favourite part of the whole look and I am dying to know what she used to get that effect.
