Actually, you cannot achieve the same makeup look with those products. If you look carefully, there is not an ounce of shimmer in the blue: it’s completely matte, just like in the sixties. Those products are shimmery and therefore cannot achieve the exact same makeup look. I am aware Pat McGrath said to have used them, but it might be because of her affiliation to P&G and Covergirl; as clearly if you examine the pictures, the products and the results don’t match.
To reproduce this makeup, I used Kryolan Aquacolor 510. It’s the perfect shade and it is completely matte.
Thanks for the product suggestion. I wasn’t aware that Blue Boom had shimmer – Pat did an interview with ELLE and again implied that it was the product she used: http://www.elle.com/news/beauty-makeup/pat-mcgrath-on-fall-eye-makeup-trends-2012. If not, then that’s quite misleading, I agree… her and P&G should be a little more transparent.
