“Halloween Queen.” (By Tara Vasquez for Make Up For Ever.)

The how-to:

FACE

1. Create a custom green skin colour by mixing Make Up For Ever Flash Colors in Teal, Green and White to your desired hue, or by using the green colour corrective shade from Make Up For Ever Camouflage Palette #1. Apply with a sponge to achieve a uniform opaque texture.

2. Highlight under the eyes and down the bridge of nose with Make Up For Ever Flash Color in White.

3. Apply Make Up For Ever Flash Color in White over the entire eye area and well above the natural brow. Comb it through the brows to block the brow colour.

4. Set the complexion with Make Up For Ever Star Powder #942 and Make Up For Ever HD Powder.

5. Sculpt the cheekbones with Make Up For Ever Eye Shadow #40.

6. Use Make Up For Ever Aqua Black to draw in a widow’s peak at the hairline.

EYES

1. Make the centre of the lids pop and highlight the brows with Make Up For Ever Star Powder #942.

2. Apply Make Up For Ever Eye Shadow #9 from the lash line to well above the natural brow to create a theatrically large eye shape.

3. Define and enlarge the natural eye socket by shading Make Up For Ever Eye Shadow #40 directly beneath and slightly over the natural brow.

4. Add depth to the inner and outer corners of the eye and beneath the lower lash line by shading with Make Up For Ever Eye Shadow #40.

5. Define the deep crease directly under the natural brow with Make Up For Ever Aqua Black then use it to create a winged liner.

6. Finish the eyes with Make Up For Ever Smoky Lash and Make Up For Ever Faux Lash #152.

6. Use Make Up For Ever Aqua Black to draw highly arched brows.

LIPS

1. Define and fill in the lips with Make Up For Ever Aqua Rouge #10.

2. Add additional dimension by shading the corners of the mouth with Make Up For Ever Aqua Black.
