I keep seeing a version of this amazing manicure on beauty editor friends of mine, so no surprise that it turned up on the runway.
At the Charlotte Ronson Spring 2015 show at New York Fashion Week, nail artist Miss Pop created a negative space nail look with alternating cut-out half moon shapes.
The mint green pastel polish is new from OPI (it's called That's Hula-rious!) and will launch in February 2015 as part of the brand's spring collection.
Get the Look
1. Apply OPI Base Coat to clean, filed nails.
2. One one hand, paint the pinky, middle and pointer fingers with a mint green nail polish, leaving the half moons bare. (Here, Miss Pop used OPI Nail Lacquer in That's Hula-rious!, new for spring 2015; for now, try Essie Nail Polish in Mint Candy Apple). Then, paint the half moons of the ring finger and thumb, leaving the rest of those nails bare.
3. On the other hand, paint the half moons of the pinky, middle and pointer fingers with your mint green nail polish, leaving the rest of those nails bare. Then, paint the ring finger and thumb, leaving the half moons bare.
4. Finish with OPI Top Coat.
