Surprise! It's not "Kardashian nude."

It was only a matter of time until Estée Lauder face Kendall Jenner would team up with the brand to create her own signature products.

And that day has already come, with the release this week of a limited-edition lipstick in "Kendall's shade." Check it out:

Kendall Jenner chose matte orangey-red for her first Estée Lauder lipstick.

Thank goodness she didn't follow in Kim's footsteps with some boring goopy nude! (Or even worse, Kylie's marsala browns.) I'm having a flashback to that gorge bright lip we saw on her a couple weeks ago at her Topshop collection launch. I'm thinking she wore this!

The shade, which is called Restless, is described as "Part poppy. Part orange crush. All matte. All Kendall." Translation: it's a bold, orange-red, creamy matte—which makes it a huge stylistic departure from the rest of the Jenndashian clan.

Note: the fact that it's orangey means it will flatter nearly everyone, just like Lipstick Queen Jungle Queen (which it's totally reminding me of).

It's only available for a limited time, and here's what the tube actually looks like. Note Kendall's signature on the cap:

So does this officially make Estée Lauder cool now?

I'm kind of torn. On the one hand, it IS a great colour, and I can attest to the fact that the regular Pure Color Envy formula is divine. But, do I really want a Kendall-branded lipstick? Or any Estée Lauder lipstick, for that matter? Decisions, decisions...
