Victoria Justice, Lucy Hale and more.

Long lashes and muted mouths ruled the red carpet at this year's Teen Choice Awards. Here are all the night's beauty looks:

Victoria Justice

Sometimes Victoria's makeup is a little too polished for my liking, so her hairstyle here—long, loose, barely waved—adds a nice casual touch. Despite a heavy hand on the lashes and lip liner, you can't deny she looks gorgeous in this tone-on-tone palette.

Lucy Hale

I can't recall ever seeing Lucy with her hair up and styled so sleekly—I like this! With the nude mouth, it really puts the spotlight on her full brows and sparkly blue eye makeup. The lashes aren't terrible, but a tad heavy in the close-up.

Zendaya

Zendaya is rocking the heck out of this slick top knot (edit: actually a looong tight braid) and gigantic hoop earrings. I also like the skinny black liner all the way around her eyes, with a thick sweep on the upper outer edges. Not sure about the super-matte skin and overdrawn lips, although I know that's the trend now.

Bella Thorne

Bella is Princess Ariel come to life! Her lips look pretty in this subtle pinky tone, with warm browns around her eyes for soft definition. I do wish she would mix it up with her hair more often.

Emma Roberts

Another day, another photo of Emma with her long, blonde hair tucked behind both ears. (I want to lop off a few inches and dye it darker so badly!) Her skin looks amazing, with soft stained lips—but the false lashes are too much.

Rita Ora

It's back to pink hair for Rita, and I always did like this colour on her. Her makeup is much more toned down than usual, with matching pink lips and lids, and false lashes (of course).

Nina Dobrev

I don't think hair down was the right choice with this dress, but otherwise, I'm loving how shiny Nina's hair looks, and her fresh, dewy skin. The heavy lashes are really weighing her down, and her brows could use a bit more hold.

Jordin Sparks

The sky-high wavy updo is so unexpected and pretty on Jordin! She also has great lips for this bold red mouth. What I'm not so keen on is the shimmer in her foundation. Or is that sweat?

Laura Marano

I like a lot of things about Laura's look here: her subtle caramel hair colour, loose layers and matte pink lips. Where I think it goes astray is the eye makeup. The glittery champagne on the top lid and purple on the bottom compete with the pink lipstick, and the flat black liner is so harsh.

Shay Mitchell

Shay could be an extended member of the Kardashian family, no? Up close, I'm not a huge fan of the lashes and contouring, but she does look really pretty in the first pic, and nice to see her hair off her face.

Lea Michele

Lea got stuck in a weird shadow, so we can't really see what's going on with her makeup—is that some sparkly blue liner under her eyes? I like the hairstyle, but it's very tight, and is perhaps a bit too sweet with the floral dress.

Gina Rodriguez

Someone tell me why we see Gina with white eyeshadow all the time? I don't know if it's "brightening" the way she thinks it is. That said, she has a great smile and the lighter pink lip gloss really pops. I'd have done a side-swept hairstyle instead of this heavy and curtain-ish one.

Chloë Moretz

Wow, this is one of the coolest Chloë looks I've ever seen, from the flushed cheeks to the centre-parted blonde hair to the grey nail polish. Except for the lips! I adore the bright red, but there's a very unnecessary over-lining situation happening on the top lip.

Sarah Hyland

Sarah is also a victim of the bad lighting. (See how dramatically it ages even a 24-year-old?!) But at least we get to appreciate her juicy bright red lipstick. I'm still a fan of her bob, but the ends seem dry and her highlights are a tad streaky.

Jordana Brewster

Jordana's hairstyle is all about showing off her ear cuffs, which are a cool contrast to the feminine dress. I think she did a good job on the makeup, which is all very subtle, without any crazy lashes.

Sabrina Carpenter

Anybody else getting an Abigail Breslin vibe from Sabrina? It's her skin and her cheeks—both a makeup artist's dream! I think the heavy, smoky eye makeup is a little too mature for her age, although the rosy shadow colour is super-pretty.

Dove Cameron

Aw, I wish Dove would quit the false lashes, as they're only a distraction from her gorgeous eyes and skin. The inner corner highlights need blending, but the flushed cheeks and lip colour are both nice. It would be so fun to see her experimenting with much edgier beauty looks—she's like a baby January Jones.

Peyton List

Peyton also went for a subdued look featuring nude glossy lips, gold shadow, long lashes and a high ponytail wrapped in hair. You really notice how flawless her skin is here!

Candice Patton

Candice looks so much like Paula Patton—they even have a similar beauty vibe!—but apparently, they're not related. She definitely pulls off this tight-to-the-head updo and nude makeup, although I'd like it better without the lashes.

Ryan Newman

Ryan has such an interesting look—gorgeous eyes and brows, and beautiful skin. So this wash of pale grey-blue on her lids would be so much more striking with her hair up and off her face, instead of this odd, dated, half-up beehive thingie.

Katie Stevens

Katie opted for slightly chunky lashes, basic pink lips and blush, and a soft blowout. It's not the most exciting, but is perfectly understated.

Italia Ricci

Italia's scraped-back updo and peachy-pink makeup are really flattering—she's so pretty—but I'd love to see her grow out her brows. They look like they've been tweezed on the undersides higher than they should be naturally.

Haley Raam

When I look at Haley's cat eyes, I'm reminded of the time I fought with that Benefit Push-Up Liner. These flicks are just too obvious. Otherwise, I like the coral lipstick and blush, which pick up on her hair colour.

Carlson Young

Don't you hate it when your bangs go all piecey like Carlson's? I think her stringy bangs and layered ends are dated, and would like to see her in much crisper lines. She has great brows and big brown eyes, so doesn't need the heavy falsies.

Maia Mitchell

I think Maia got stuck with the worst lighting of all! Her skin looks almost green, poor thing. I think the braid is really cute, and it's nice to see a sleek one instead of the usual messy texture.

Mae Whitman

Colour-blocking is back! Well, at least on Mae's eyelids, where she chose blue, purple and chartreuse (!!) shadow shades. I can't say I'm a fan, but you know what? It's executed quite well, with fresh skin, full brows, a bare mouth, fairly subdued lashes and hair off the face (though I think it would be even better all back).

Alli Simpson

Alli's lipstick is so greyish, it's the opposite of flattering. The obvious false lashes need to go also. But her straight, centre-parted hair looks awesome, and works perfectly with her rounder face shape.

Britney Spears

Oh, Brit Brit. It's fun to see her playing with unusual hair colours, but her long brassy waves that she's had for a million years are so tired! However, it's the spray tan and heavy eye makeup (with weird smoky wings?) I have more of a problem with. It's like her and Carrie Underwood share the EXACT same vision.

Who had your favourite (and least favourite) beauty looks on this red carpet?
