You know when you think you're having a pretty good hair/skin day? I was having one of those... and then I clicked on the pic below of Emily Ratajkowski. OMG. So stunning that I suddenly felt like a gremlin in comparison.

(I'm joking, mostly! You know what I mean. Good grief, she is gorgeous!)

This week, I also loved Olivia Palermo's eyeshadow, Taylor Hill's '80s girl-next-door glamour and Zendaya's relatively natural makeup look (for her).

Here is the latest must-see beauty inspiration:

Emily Ratajkowski

Just... wow. After looking at Emily, don't do what I did and go back to editing close-ups of your own face, because you WILL feel bad. (Jokes! But sort of true.) From dewy skin to natural brows to shimmering lids to black waterlines/cat eyes, her face is perfection. I've given Emily the side-eye before for her suspected lip injections, but even they look good here. Also love the peachy pink stained textures. Apparently she did her own makeup. She's good at it!

Olivia Palermo

We haven't seen Olivia in ages (not since this). First, let me say, I don't like the fake lashes. She is here solely for the bright copper shadow going from lash line to crease. Isn't it so amazing? I love it with her eyelid shape and hair colour. (I guess I must have missed the memo... when did she go so blonde?) Notice how the brown liner goes all the way around in the waterlines, even in the inner corners, which makes her eyes really stand out.

Taylor Hill

I didn't want to start this post with two models in a row, because that would be a little depressing... but I've gotta say, I love Taylor's look every bit as much as Emily's. HOW is she so pretty?! The new Victoria's Secret Angel is giving me '80s fresh-glam vibes, what with her big hair, big brows and big smile. I am so into this look right now, I can't even tell you.

Zendaya

Zendaya is so much prettier when she wears less makeup. (Even though this is still a lot of makeup.) Baby steps, right? Her skin texture is a little fresher, and she's not weighing herself down with tons of contour/blush/eyeshadow. I honestly think if she went out with fresh-scrubbed skin and no false lashes—like more of a model off-duty thing—it would blow us away.

Demi Lovato

Speaking of fresh, Demi is also making progress. Usually, she wears much more makeup (not that her retro '20s look wasn't great at the American Music Awards). But again, I find her much prettier when I can see her natural skin texture. She has REALLY good skin. The lip liner and false lashes still need to go, and her brows could be less precise...

Jennifer Lawrence

Dlisted said Jennifer looked like a beach wedding bride at this premiere. Accurate! I don't think that's a bad thing, however—at least beauty-wise. Her hair is amazing all brushed out and soft, and she looks good in these pastel makeup colours. It's also a great example of making a cat eye work on hooded eyes.

Camilla Belle

Camilla is in these photos almost every week, and you know what? She is one of the most consistent on the red carpet in terms of beauty—she always looks good! Here, she continues to rock the blonde highlights with straight, centre-parted hair. With lighter makeup than usual, the effect is a bit beachy and Californian. She is so lucky; with those brows, she barely needs to do anything.

Ariel Winter

We've seen versions of this hair and makeup on Ariel before, and I still love it. She looks SO good with smudgy black liner all the way around her lash lines, and a smoky brown on the lids. I feel like this makeup would work on anyone, with a nude shiny gloss on the lips for balance. But it's especially cute with Ariel's flawless skin and freckles.

Hailee Steinfeld

Just a quick inclusion of Hailee because her skin looks so nice now! In the past, she struggled with what looked like bumpy clogged pores, but that all seems to be under control now. This simple look shows off shiny hair, smooth skin, soft lips, natural brows and fluffy lashes. Pretty!

Olivia Wilde

This isn't my favourite in Olivia's impressive beauty repertoire, but it's still great to see her on the red carpet sporting her own God-given eyelashes. Right? I prefer when she does some kind of dramatic eyeshadow, but this red lipstick is still very nice. Looks like she is going blonder. If I could make a suggestion: bangs! I loved when she had bangs.

Natalie Dormer

You could never say that Natalie is another generic Hollywood blonde. She has the most striking blue eyes I think I've ever seen, and I love them with this shimmering copper eyeshadow. (Although the upper edges could be diffused out more softly.) Contour is a bit jarring, but the peach lip colour is amazing. And her simple blowout is great.

Tyra Banks

Look at Tyra, smizing at us! She went from short hair back in August to this mid-length wavy style. That would be thanks to the magic of wigs and/or hair extensions. I like the softness that the longer hair gives her, although not sure about this faded red. I think if the whole thing were that colour, it would be better than mixing it with the bronde.

Chloë Moretz

Ignore Chloë's '70s hair. I think it's too costumey with the black ribbon thingie. But I do like her makeup. So much softness! With the blush, you truly cannot tell where the colour begins and ends. There's a hint of purple on her lids, and her lips are barely stained.

Lea Michele

Okay, there is something slightly dated about this Lea look, but I'm including it anyway on the merit of her hair alone. Isn't it in spectacular condition? So shiny, she must be using that Mark Townsend homemade hair mask. I think the issue with her makeup is that her foundation is heavy and wiping out the dimension of her face, and also her nose contouring is too obvious.
