Selena Gomez, Nathalie Emmanuel and more.

Now that we've gushed over all the red carpet beauty at this year's Golden Globe Awards, it's time to check out what went on at the after-parties.

Here are all the hair and makeup looks:

Selena Gomez

Thank goodness Selena stopped with those freaky blue contact lenses! Her normal eye colour is soooo much prettier. Why have I not seen more of her in coral makeup? I cannot say enough good things about this matching lip and cheek colour. With her hair loose and flipped over at the part, this feels pretty and sexy—but not aggressively so.

Nathalie Emmanuel

Beauty crush on Nathalie still going strong. While she went fresh-faced for the People's Choice Awards, I'm glad she busted out a bright red lip for this event. It's so gorgeous against her creamy perfect skin, fluffy lashes and strong (but not filled-in) brows. The skinny black in her lower waterlines adds just enough definition, but doesn't look harsh.

Emilia Clarke

I can't get enough! We already saw Emilia at the Globes, but I'm including her after-party look because she switched things up with a slick of juicy red lipstick. Skin still looks perfect, blush is seamless and eye makeup is beautifully subtle. What can I say? I love this woman's face.

Gabrielle Union

I was just wondering where Gabrielle was at this awards season. Compared to her BET Awards straight hair and vampy eyeliner, I love all the softness here.  The undone waves are super-flattering, and the neutral makeup palette simply enhances her features. I'm not sure if the silver headband really goes with the graphic black and white dress, but overall, she looks great.

Bella Thorne

Bella stuck with a tried and true beauty look this time. Hair was left long, loose and softly waved, while the makeup stayed neutral instead of pushing any creative boundaries. Although I'd prefer her lower eyeliner more smudged (and no false lashes), she looks really gorgeous. That rosy lip colour is especially nice!

Zoë Kravitz

Does anyone do liner-in-the-waterlines better than Zoë? Her eye makeup is so incredible! I love the taupe textured lids, natural lashes and bold stroke of black in the lower inner lids. With bare lips and fresh, freckled skin, this just proves that you don't need bright or dark colours to make up a face for evening.

Vanessa Hudgens

Vanessa's false lashes are cray, but at least she knows how to wear them. With her hair in a pretty ballerina bun, beige blush and nude lip gloss, I'm just about okay with the extra lash drama. Plus, her eyes are so smiley all the time... they automatically improve on any beauty look.

Olivia Holt

I don't love it... but I don't hate it. Olivia has really nice skin, and always looks good with a pop of colour on the lips. I think the false lashes date this a bit, and so does her overly blonde hair colour. I can totally see her in something slightly darker and a lot warmer... wouldn't a rich light caramel be lovely?!

Camilla Luddington

This is similar, but not quite as striking as Camilla's look at the People's Choice Awards. The problem is the eyelashes first and foremost—they just lack elegance—and secondly, the pale lipstick is a bit cakey. I will say, her brows are looking all sorts of amazing lately!

Jamie Chung

Jamie Chung, InStyle and Warner Bros. Golden Globes After-Party, 2016

I was all set to love this Jamie look, and then I scrolled down to the bright blue eyeliner wings. Nooooo! One of these things does not belong. (Actually, the false lashes are kinda wonky as well.) Basically, she over-accessorized herself with makeup. If you're gonna do a girly headband, best to keep the rest very tone-on-tone and simple.

Melissa George

It's Melissa's first time on the blog, and my goodness, she is a striking woman. (I think her lips are naturally this full—lucky lucky!) I always love the combo of light hair and dark brows, and she did well in keeping her makeup pale and peachy. Her brow fans are just right, and even the false lashes have a non-offensive fluffiness to them.

Chloe Bennet

Another newcomer around these parts... Chloe did pretty well, I think! I like all the movement in her lob, the fresh texture of her lips and skin, and even the chunkiness of her lashes is acceptable to me. I just think she went too intense on the blush or contour or whatever that is on the one cheek.

Halston Sage

Halston is so young (22), it's funny how her personal style is very "done"—and I dare say, even a tiny bit dated. Her long hair is beautiful for sure, but these waves are very perfect, very piecey. Also, do we really need to pair this hair with red lipstick, false lashes and a plunging neckline? We get it, you're sexy...

Whitney Port

Whitney has been off my radar for years... glad to see she's still got it going on! I like her hair a lot like this, all sleek and tight. She also has very good brows and a really cool eyelid shape—lots of room to show off the single swipe of thick black liner. The rest is clean and dewy, with a '90s muted brown stain on the lips. Excellent!

Greer Grammer

Greer tried out the slicked-back roots trend, but somehow it doesn't have the same appeal as say, Marion Cotillard's version. This is too junior Hollywood—it needs a lot more edge! If she'd lose the janky false lashes and upgrade the earrings/outfit, there is so much we could do with Greer. Obviously, she has the natural beauty to look gorgeous in anything!

Jennifer Morrison

I love how Jennifer always does these cool '40s twists in her hair. It's so unique, and so good with her square-ish face shape. Her false lashes are a bit messy, but I can live with them against such poreless, even skin and barely-there makeup.

Danielle Panabaker

Aw, it's too bad Danielle didn't bring us that wicked eyeliner technique that had us all mesmerized before Christmas. But she still looks pretty here—I especially love that dress! However, her foundation seems too dark compared to her neck and chest, and I would exercise caution with the shimmer textures. See how her light-reflective blush is drawing attention to every pore?

Lea Michele

What a terrible pair of false lashes. I don't understand, Lea! Also, is it just me or is her under-eye concealer too yellow—only under one eye? At least the rest of her skin looks amazing, and I'm in love with that matte peachy-nude lip colour. The centre-parted updo is also neat with the long white drop earrings.

Vanessa Marano

I'm glad to see that even celebrities make this face sometimes, because my pictures often come out like this, too! Vanessa is so pretty, and truly has one of the best complexions I've seen in my history of looking at red carpet photos. So it is my wish for her to find a better makeup technique. The lashes, liner and lip gloss seem harsh; she needs a far more delicate makeup job.

Nina Dobrev

Not gonna lie... Nina is disappointing me a little lately. I'm getting tired of these smoky eye and heavy lash looks, always in a warm brown palette. What happened to this Nina? I feel like her makeup could be cuter/fresher. But I do love her braided updo.

Krysten Ritter

Krysten is an ex-model with such a unique beauty... she went for red lips, black liner and long lashes, a.k.a. the most predictable red carpet makeup in the world. Oh well, it's too bad she didn't try something more exciting! Also, hair-smoothing serum needed, stat.

Katharine McPhee

I'm surprised at Katharine's makeup, because it has been so fresh and pretty lately—this is way too heavy! Compare and contrast with the beautiful lavender eyeshadow she had back in the fall. I think if she wanted to showcase the glittery silver shadow here, then her lips and most of all, cheeks, needed to be much softer/lighter. See how the heavy blush is so dating/aging?

Gillian Anderson

There's no doubt that Gillian is an attractive woman. I have no complaints on most of the makeup, but she could easily look more polished with just a little more skin coverage on the redness. And of course, a touch-up at her roots! (I always wonder why celebs don't get that done before an event as big as the Globes. Surely, having your photos plastered everywhere around the world is enough motivation?!)

Katherine McNamara

Katherine looks so pretty here, but I'm not budging on my stance re: her makeup and hair colour. I feel like some brown toner would work wonders to get rid of this fakey-fake red... add a fresh chop and maybe she could even get away with some of the heavy makeup. But to have it all together just makes her look like she's trying way too hard.

Victoria Justice

Victoria's another heavy makeup-wearer—and again, she's so darn pretty that she just about gets away with it. I just find it jarring in the close-up. The lashes overpower her face, and the liner, lipstick, brows and contouring are all just a little too... precise.

Michelle Monaghan

It's hard to believe this is the same Michelle that we saw at the Critics' Choice TV Awards two years ago. I miss that hair and those red lips! Now, her styling has become very blah, and reminds me a lot of Kate Beckinsale's. I also think her foundation texture here is a tad heavy.

Arielle Kebbel

I just looked up Arielle and I am so shocked she's only 30. Now I'm trying to put my finger on why her style is aging her. I think it's that her skin and hair colours are too close togther, and her foundation needs a lighter touch. Also, fuchsia is such a cold contrast on warm skin... I think she'd look better in a soft coral lipstick.

Sadie Calvano

I'm not a fan of this hairdo on Sadie—who is really pretty, just hasn't found her signature style yet. I think if she wore it all up in a tight updo, it would actually be quite striking with the matching orange lips and eyelids. She has a really great smile.

Mira Sorvino

You know what always works? A bouncy blowout. When in doubt, celebs should just do that with their hair. None of this beachy business, because it's doing Mira absolutely no favours! Same with the attempt at Gisele's hair colour. I feel like that look isn't as easy as people think it is. Mira, for instance, looks like she needs a root touch-up and toner for her highlights, instead of having that cool, grown-out balayage thing. This is why I always suggest an all-over warm solid colour instead of highlights. Most people's bases are just too dark and ashy, and highlights on brown hair are very trick!

Sarah Hyland

Just when we thought Sarah's makeup was improving! She has regressed with this heavy-lashed, super-contoured, frosty lipstick look. I, for one, am disappointed. I feel like the contouring is so dark, it's almost making her face look gaunt—which is a real feat, considering she has such lovely full cheeks. With so much going on, you don't get to notice her pretty eyes and naturally full brows (why their fans are filled in, I can't imagine).

Rumer Willis

Last time we saw Willis, it was at the CMT Music Awards and she had found a look that worked so well for her. I can't tell if her hair is still that long now, but I hope so. Unfortunately, she has gone so much heavier on the makeup here, from foundation to lashes to contour/blush. I prefer her more "rocker style," less conventionally glam.

Naya Rivera

Naya didn't always look like a long-lost member of the Kardashian family. Back in 2012, she actually wore fun lip colour! And you could see her actual skin! Not this tone-on-tone beige contoured extravaganza, which I can't wait to go out of style. It sure is interesting to see how much prettier she looked with her natural black hair colour and fresh makeup.

Kaley Cuoco

I don't know what's going on with Kaley these days! Allow me to remind you once more: this is the same person, from not even a year ago. I'm very unclear on the new developments of dark, low-hanging blush, exaggerated tadpole brows and extra-tousled blonderexic hair. Where have her people gone who normally take care of these things? Is she okay?!
