Brrr! It’s freezing outside—but that doesn’t mean your makeup has to get the cold shoulder. In fact, it’s often easier to get more experimental with cosmetics in the wintertime, since you don’t have to worry as much about looking overdone or having your liner or foundation melt off in the heat.
