We've got a lot to cover in this week's edition of beauty inspiration—and the theme here is individuality!
Rather than one defining trend (like the pink eyeshadow that was everywhere a few months ago), these celebs experimented with everything from offbeat liner shades to creative hairstyles, and every lip colour under the sun.

What I like: Lily-Rose's skin, makeup, hair... everything! For me, what stands out most are her sculpted cheeks—achieved via expert contouring and highlighting, and accentuated by the ultra-tight ponytail. I also love her smoky eyes, which look incredibly modern thanks to the smudged-out flicks and silver at the inner corners. Her brows are ultra-natural, which will be a recurring theme below! What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Priyanka's eyeliner, which is not only unexpected in colour (a pale, icy aqua blue) but placement (thickly applied along the lower lash lines). It looks summery with the sheer pink shadow and matching lipstick, but I'm fine with that! The hair is simple and straight, so as not to compete. What I'd change: Nothing, although I'd still love to see her brows a little less angular.
Ana de Armas
What I like: Ana's brownish maroon lipstick on an otherwise fresh face. (Side note: How lovely is her eye colour?!) Notice how her brows are straight and dark, but she's only wearing mascara on her upper lashes—there's no other detectable makeup. I love the juxtaposition of the messy updo with the prim and proper blouse. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Taylor's juicy pink lipstick and SUPER-natural brows. I mean, these babies haven't seen tweezers in a long time, if ever! Isn't it funny how shifts like this happen in beauty? Just a few years ago, I would've considered them "messy," but now I love the look. It's so pretty and youthful with long lashes, a centre-parted updo and oversized earrings. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: We've already analyzed this photo for signs of cosmetic work in Jennifer's Before & After—but the beauty styling is so great, it deserves another discussion here! I always thought the blonde lob was her Life Cut, but these waves take it to a whole new level. I'm obsessed with the kitten eyeliner, feathery brows and raspberry lip stain as well. I don't think she has ever looked more beautiful! What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Selena's dramatic smoky eyes. If you're underwhelmed, check them out on her makeup artist's Instagram...
Holy wow! I don't know why the purple disappeared on the red carpet—maybe the lighting was really bad—but that there is some incredible artistry. Wisely, she kept her hair off her face and close to the head. Note the full brows. What I'd change: She's got "ring around the lips!"
What I like: Jaime's bangs and waves (which I think we can all agree are an improvement over their last appearance). Specifically, I really like that these are brushed-out spiral curls—not something you see every day on the red carpet! Her skin looks a lot fresher here, and the sheer strawberry lipstick is perfection. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Dakota's glossy red lipstick paired with a casual ponytail. Sometimes, a pony is absolutely the right choice on the red carpet! As usual, her skin is really natural, and she stuck to just mascara on her upper lashes. What I'd change: The stray hairs are a bit surprising/distracting. I also think she looks best in bangs!
What I like: Rashida's cute curtain bangs and mid-length cut. I also like the black liner on her (technically cat eyes but with her eye shape, they don't come across as such). I'm even okay with the lashes. I always appreciate that she shows off her freckles. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Hailey's reddish-magenta eyeliner (!!) in her lower waterlines, with matching maroon shadow. I have a feeling you need to have this kind of model-perfect bone structure and flawless skin to pull it off. Also key are the natural lashes, nude lips and clean updo. The secret to her blonde is always having roots, which match her ashy eyebrows. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Fan's unique matte lipstick—it's red, but a pale red. The shadow is in a similar colour, with a hint of brown, grounded by strong black liner. What I'd change: The foundation is too chalky, and her brow pencil isn't ashy enough (a common problem!).
What I like: Camilla's orchid lipstick. She often favours this shade, which is a hard one to wear but looks so great on her. The blush is a little warmer, and there's a hint of gold liner underneath her eyes. Otherwise, it's all about her amazing full brows and some tasteful lashes. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Naomi's new hair! I can't tell if this is a shorter cut or just tied back, with more layers. Either way, it looks really youthful, especially in this darker blonde. The makeup is very fresh, with a classic red lip that wakes up her entire face. What I'd change: Her brows are a bit matchy and could be darker.
What I like: We've seen this neutral makeup palette on Elizabeth many times before, but it never gets old for me! The shimmery taupe eyeshadow and "your lips, only better" lipstick are so incredibly perfect on her. And who wouldn't want to copy this modern beachy, subtly highlighted hair? What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Julianne's voluminous brushed-out waves in a lob length. So good! Her makeup is the usual pinky-violet tones with jet-black chunky lashes to make her eyes pop. She looks fresher than many women half her age! What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Kerry's bold, glittery, navy blue eyeshadow. Rather than diffusing it all over her lids, it's actually in a cat eye shape—which brings this '70s-inspired beauty look to life! The waves and deep side part really work for her face shape. What I'd change: I think the false lashes cheapen it and are way too over the top.
What I like: It's hard to believe this is the same Beth as the person here. What a difference a couple years make! With her super-pale skin, she is one of the few who can actually pull off a long, light blonde 'do. Her skin is so beautiful—and that neon lipstick is the icing on the cake! What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Shiri's new hair colour... let's call it "bronde!" It really makes her brown eyes pop, and I love the bedhead texture. The makeup is super-natural, with a hit of metallic gold along her lower lash lines. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Lais' sleek, tight top knot and gorgeous luminous skin. There are those natural brows again, and makeup that looks lived-in—not too perfect. Of course, it's not like she needs anything! What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Karlie also went for a top knot, but hers is more ballerina-like. This is a beauty look that you need to get up close to appreciate. The black waterlines look edgy with her full, brushed-up brows and a sheer berry lip balm. What I'd change: I'm not a fan of the platinum blonde, which washes her out. Bring back this shade, Karlie!
What I like: Emmy's flawless skin and textured chestnut hair. While it could've been executed a bit better (more on that in a second!), I think the brown eyeshadow looks good with the matte pink lips. I also appreciate the absence of false lashes. What I'd change: The eyeshadow needs better blending. I'd also smudge out the black liner, which feels a bit harsh.
What I like: Zendaya's half-up high ponytail with bouncy waves. It's such a "Barbie" hairstyle, and kinda softens her vibe! Her makeup is also more subdued than normal, with a focus on glowing skin and subtle pinky-nude tones. What I'd change: The raw materials are there, so I don't get the need for the Instagram brows.
What I like: Selma's long, vintage-inspired waves. I had no idea her hair was this length now! Sometimes, hairstyles like this can come across a bit dated, or too retro, but she hit just the right note with the fluffy texture, deep side part and sparkly barrette. The lipstick is ladylike, but the rest of the makeup is nice and fresh. What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Kate's wavy, off-the-face, side-swept hairstyle. I think her blonde is a little darker as well, which looks amazing with the brown tone of the lipstick (an unexpected shade for her). Weirdly, I don't mind the false lashes, perhaps because there's no other colour on her face. What I'd change: Her skin finish looks a little heavy/patchy in places.
Sarah Jessica Parker
What I like: Sarah's strategic, face-brightening highlights. See how clever the placement is, to bring light and width to her face?! The eye makeup is her go-to black liner with lots of shimmery purplish shadow. This really works for her! What I'd change: Nothing.
What I like: Gabrielle's hair texture, which I'm guessing was achieved via braids. The top section is pinned back, but not the sides, which looks more current than the usual half-up styles. She did a matchy-matchy thing with the copper lipstick and eyeshadow. What I'd change: Her eyebrows are too drawn-on; they were so much better here! I'm not crazy about the lashes either.
Delilah Belle Hamlin
What I like: Delilah's au naturel brows and mesmerizing eye makeup. If we break this down, she's wearing black cat eyes along the top lash lines, a warm gold shadow on her upper lids, and—wait for it—white liner in her lower waterlines. Maybe we need to rethink white liner, guys! What I'd change: These can't be her real lips... right? Like mother, like daughter.
