If you're a bit colour-shy—or just don't want to clash with your outfit—then one way to wear the bold eye makeup trend is in bright white.

For Nanette Lepore Spring 2015 at New York Fashion Week, makeup artist Grace Lee created a '60s-inspired makeup look that featured graphic white liner, surrounded by a thick fringe of lashes on top and bottom. Methinks some false lashes were involved here, but obviously you'd just use tons of mascara for a toned-down interpretation in real life.

The pinky-peach lips are also awesome, and are courtesy of a new Maybelline product coming in January!

Get the Look

1. Perfect the skin with Dream Wonder Fluid Touch Foundation and Dream Lumi Touch Highlighting Concealer as needed. Dab Baby Lips Lip Balm in Quenched along the cheekbones for a dewy highlight.

2. Define the brows with Brow Drama (available October 2014).

3. Line the top and bottom lids with Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24HR Cream-Gel Shadow in Too Cool. Pay special attention to lining the inner corners of the eyes and extending the line on the outer corners for both the top and bottom eyelids.

4. On the lashes, layer Volum'Express Pumped Up Colossal Mascara and Volum'Express The Rocket Mascara for massive length and volume.

5. Apply Rebel Bouquet in Peach Poppy (available January 2015) to the lips for a pop of sugary, coral pink.
